There is a new iPhone app available in the European Union that is getting a lot of buzz which you should avoid. It's called Cosmetifique and it has been developed by an individual who has created a list of all natural cosmetics ingredients that was prepared by a number of un-named make-up gurus (not scientists or doctors!). The app is designed to help consumers make informed decisions about their cosmetic purchases by cross referencing cosmetic ingredients.
This is app is flagging certain well tested and documented ingredients as unsafe and dangerous! I want to remind everyone that poison ivy and ebola are all natural and don't think I necessarily want to come into contact with either!
